We stayed for a week in March. Our party was 2 adults and a toddler. Lovely, well equipped kitchen with open plan living area. The welcome pack was surprisingly comprehensive and meant we didn’t have to nip to the shop as soon as we arrived. The open plan living area was spacious and comfortable. Many areas to eat and relax outside and plenty of shade if you need it. The pool is a lovely size and the hot tub was an amazing bonus! The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. A travel cot, bedding and children’s cups and plates were provided which was very much appreciated. Communication from Frank was quick and the information very helpful and he made us feel very welcome. All in all an amazing villa in quiet but convenient location. Would recommend!

Very nice villa! Pleasant area. Rent a car to get access to restaurants and grocery stores. Frank and Carol were very available to help us with various things. Warm furnishing both inside and outside. Spa and pool are well appreciated. Exceptional quality/price. We highly recommend.

Ideal villa with heated pool & Jacuzzi pretty garden and sunny conservatory. Well equipped with lots of towels provided. Local shops and cafes with the Algarve shopping centre is 10mins drive away.

Amazing villa, that has everything that you need for a relaxing stay and a nice spot to stay and explore the region

My family and I have just had the most amazing holiday in Villa Aguas. The winter weather was great sunny days, chilly at night. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury stay in the Algarve. The villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Guia which is right in the centre of the Algarve and a short distance from the beautiful sandy beaches. The villa was perfect for our needs. 2 spacious bedrooms lead directly outside to the swimming pool and hot tub. They are beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and fittings. The quality shower and toilet room sits between the 2 bedrooms and provides a luxury walk-in shower and wet room. The main living and dining room provides ample space and quality to spend time relaxing and dining whilst watching the large LCD tv complete with full sky package including sports and movie package as well as DVD and a large selection of movies. There is an adjoining conservatory which is a great place to sit and read in peace and quiet. We found lots of spaces throughout the villa to either sit in the sun or shade. Outside there is a lovely gazebo and furniture to enjoy the outside living. This is next to the heated pool and hot tub where we spent most of the day enjoying ourselves in a safe and luxury environment. All our requirements were met throughout our stay. There is a log burner which heated the villa during the chilly evenings and a BBQ adjacent to the kitchen for preparing alfresco dinning. There is an amazing small garden with fruit trees and plants which fill the surrounding area with the most beautiful aroma and guests were encouraged to enjoy the lemons and oranges throughout their stay. We a had a truly amazing holiday in Villa Aguas and can’t recommend it highly enough. We are already to book up for our next stay.

Villa Aguas exceeded are expectations, especially having the luxury of the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. We would definitely book this villa again.

This has got to be one of the most beautiful villas that we have ever stayed in. I personally think the photos don't do it justice. Tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is absolutely immaculate. Fabulous location too! Great directions and info from the owners, plus Carol is more than accommodating to deal with any issues or to answer any further queries about the villa or the surrounding area. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Lovely 2 bed villa sleeps 4 with loads of outdoor space to relax. Hot tub was great addition and it was worth paying the surcharge to heat the pool. Villa is walking distance to town for local shops and restaurants. Short drive to Algarve shopping centre, marina and beach. Did not manage to book vineyard tour during our stay but must do for our next visit as it is very close. Rhonda was responsive to messages and Carol was very informative. Generous welcome pack included. Highly recommended.

In such dark times, Frank saved the day! We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this wonderful villa. It was perfect for our family of 4 especially during the current COVID times, we had everything we needed and felt completely safe - and entertained! The pool and hot tub were key features of course, but we also loved the different areas to eat for alfresco dining, sip evening drinks and play games with the kids. The pergola area by the pool with its fairy lights and pink drapes were a favourite. It’s all private and not overlooked too which is nice as you feel like you’re in your own little retreat.

The kitchen is well-equipped, bathroom well-positioned between the bedrooms with super walk-in shower and the lounge area is comfortable with TV …and extra books to borrow.

Frank and Carol were wonderful hosts who were very accommodating, plus provided lots of useful information and quick responses.

The location was great too. We had car hire and seemed to be quite central to the areas we visited in the Algarve - no where seemed too far.

We certainly didn’t want to leave and hope to return again in the future! Thank you so much :)

Amazing week staying in this gorgeous villa. Walking distance to the town & bakery and 10 mins drive to beautiful beaches. We loved having the pool & hot tub too. Carol was fantastic and made us feel at home, with a few welcome treats, and also helped us book tours and gave advise if we wanted her to. We would definitely recommend staying and hope we will be able to stay again one day soon. Thanks for such a lovely holiday. X

The house was incredible, we had a really good time spending our long weekend at the Villa. Francis is an amazing host, the moment we arrived Francis offered to buy charcoal for the barbecue because there wasn't any and in 30 minutes we were ready to roll. They even prepared the pool heat for us because the weather was getting colder during the night, really recommend this place. You will love spending time here as a couple or even with your kids. The pool area is really safe and not too deep, and you can actually be in the shade enjoying a good cocktail or reading a book. The cherry on top of the cake is the jacuzzi and you can actually have privacy in this place! Definitely looking forward for another time here. Thanks for everything!

Anyone who is looking for a great vila with minutes away from the local strip, this is the place to stay. You will want to go back in the future.

My husband & I had an 11 night stay at this villa for my 40th birthday & we were not disappointed with our choice. Rhonda was in contact with us prior to our stay & during our stay to make sure we were having the best holiday. Gerry picked us up from the airport & gave us information about the surrounding area & short-cuts for getting about which was very helpful. Gerry is available to take you wherever you need to go whilst staying at the villa, but requires some notice. Carol, who manages the villa lives next door & was available at any time for any help we needed. There is a folder in the villa, which was full of information about local places of beauty & of interest & also recommendations for restaurants etc, which was a very thoughtful touch. The villa is beautiful & was kept spotlessly clean by Pasha. The outdoor area including the private pool & hot-tub was by far our favourite part of the villa. This was maintained to a very high standard by Carlos. The villa is in a quiet area, which was perfect for what we wanted from our holiday. As my husband & I did not have an itinerary planned for our holiday we tended to use uber for journeys into Albufeira when we wanted a lively night out, which was very easy to do. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with a 5-star quality.

From being met by Carol on arrival to leaving the villa 10 days later, everything was great. The villa is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to cater for yourselves and relax.

We had a warm welcome by one of the owners. The house is beautiful with its pool and hot tube. The place is totally private and not overlooked. Everything was available as described. It is a perfect place for your holiday.
